Our room was beautiful and brand-new, had down pillows. A coffee maker and a fridge were available. Location: the hotel was close to the main railway station of Rome, Termini Station.

The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. The room was spacious enough for my needs and it smelled great. The location was perfect, with all the major tourist attractions within a short walking distance. Being able to explore the city on foot was a huge plus.

The bathroom had a bad smell, which was a bit annoying whenever the door was opened. the towels provided were sometimes stained, which made them feel less clean.

Great location! We stayed over Christmas and it was so easy to get around to all the sights. Plus, the bottled water in the room was very much appreciated. the beds were really cozy and we slept well. We also loved the view from our room - it was so cool to look out onto the street below.
